With 0.25 of an acre of fully enclosed outside space with minimum of 4ft boundaries, (*300% bigger than the average UK garden) consisting of a lawned garden with mature trees and bushes, the beds are positioned so that the garden feels like it has a number of sections. Perfect for dogs to zoom and play. There is also a large enclosed South facing courtyard with a private stretch of stream which enters and exits under walls. Our courtyard provides private enclosed parking for up to 3 cars and a wonderful sun trap for outside dining.

With a large kitchen dining room, a separate dining room and the lounge has a wood burner for snoozing in front of.

As both houses are just a short walk apart if you are looking to book for a larger group of guests then booking both at the same time may well work for you.
